How to Apply
FAIRVIEW SECONDARY SCHOOL is a co-educational Institution, consisting of the Junior High and Senior High for boys and girls between the ages of 10-18 years, presently the school is in her first year and for the next academic session will have the Key Stage Three Year 7 and 8 (the Junior High) and is admitting into those two classes now. All applicants are required to complete and submit an admission form before they can take the entrance examinations.
YEAR 7 (JSS1; Junior Secondary School year 1)
All Year 7 applicants are required to sit an entrance examination and will be assessed based on the results of this exam. Former academic and behavioural records may also be considered but places are offered on merit only.
TRANSFERS TO YEAR 8
All transfer applicants are required to sit for an entrance examination. Places will be offered on merit based on the results of the exam and availability of space in the class required. Transcripts from the previous school may also be considered.
Subjects taken in Fairview Entrance Examination are: (i) English, (ii) Mathematics (iii) General Paper (Science and General knowledge)
