Parent involvement is crucial to us as we see it as pivotal in achieving high all-round performance from the students and reaching all potential in their zone of proximal development (ZPD). This is why we have an open door policy, parents are welcome to school any day and any time, they are partners with us in the development of the school.

To also ensure direct parental involvement, we have two major activities each term in which parents’ attendance and participation completes those activities, and we have always recorded high level attendance and participation during each one.

The school also has a joint home and school efforts for assessment of progress and setting of targets as well as review of progress so far which is the essence of our students led parent-teacher conference (PTC) which holds every term. Others include parents meet and greet done at the beginning of session, the parents-management meeting, a forum for all parents as a body to seek out means of contributing to the school development vis-à-vis the entire learners progress by making suggestions and coming to decisions that cut across.
